Our mid-sized studios are bright, open spaces that can be designed for office, showroom, light assembly and warehousing. Features include huge windows, sky-lights, individually controlled HVAC systems, 24-hour access to common shipping/receiving, both dock-level and drive-up.
Eclipse Studios

Our largest studios offer unobstructed open space with ample natural light, ideal for companies to set-up prominent offices, showroom and warehousing. The studios are equipped with strategic amenities to facilitate your business needs, including private entrance, additional parking and dedicated shipping/receiving door(s).
