At 100 Sunrise, G&N Developments understands that investing to lower our impact on the environment is investing in our communal future.
Our goal has been to design and develop a ‘building envelop’ that is environmentally efficient and minimizes operating costs. Here are some steps we’ve taken towards this goal:

3-phase 60 Amp, 600 volt service to optimize loads and handle industrial equipment – IDEAL for light manufacturing
Sub-metering of utilities, so each tenant can control their individual consumption, monthly costs & pay only for what they use
Access to public transportation – reduce the need to drive to work
Installation of high efficiency lighting with large radius span
New skylights & double-glass windows to allow natural light to come in, and the ability to open windows for fresh air circulation
Solid 9” block construction provides insulation
